Today, to ensure the successful business expansion and tech-upgrade, we are looking for a dedicated General Manager to supervise the company's overall operations, formulate policies and strategic plan, and establish the direction of the company.
Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervising the implementation of company objectives and policies.
- Strategizing the establishment of the departments and senior personnel roles.
- Allocating resources effectively to execute company strategies and conducting financial and operational controls.
- Evaluating and supervising promotional campaigns and initiating of new projects.
- Identifying and selecting competent middle managers and executive staff.
- Orchestrating interdepartmental coordination for seamless workflow.
- Serving as the company's representative in negotiations and official functions with internal/external stakeholders and organizations.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of college diploma must be accompanied by a robust track record of successful work experience.
- A university degree in business administration, commerce or a discipline related to the company's products is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of senior managerial experience is required.
- Experience in a related industry is preferred.
- Strategic thinking and innovative thinking
- Familiarity in various areas such as financial management, sales and marketing, personnel management, etc.
- Strong leadership and ability to coordinate diverse teams effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
