We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within our facilities, ensuring a safe and hygienic work environment for all employees.
Duties
Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, wash, vacuum, polish floors, and sanitize surfaces for general cleaning tasks.
- Vacuum carpets, area rugs, curtains, and upholstered furniture while cleaning furniture surfaces.
- Distribute clean towels and toiletries and change bedsheets.
- Wipe down desks, countertops, and windowsills for surface cleanliness.
- Empty trash containers and pick up debris.
- Clean windows, walls, and ceilings thoroughly.
- Ensure efficient task completion by following established cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Store lost and found items and report them accordingly.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn new cleaning techniques.
