Description
This role will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining IT related platforms in line with IIBA guidelines to operate the operation of the company and potential clients.
Duties
- Lead and maintain web and app development for the business.
- Create scope for CRM system implementation and maintenance.
- Lead digital transformation by creating operational platforms using cloud based technology.
- Support agile implementation of web and mobile apps.
- Create functional decomposition of operational processes to make them effective and efficient.
Qualifications
- IT related Certification especially in Cloud Technology
- Business Analysis Certification must
- CBAP is preferred.
- Ability to work with customers and supplier
- Excellent communication skill
- Problem solving.
- Dealing with strict timelines
- Detailed oriented.
- Willingness to work remotely with 100% dedication.
