Duties
•Set up and install used computers and related peripherals for employees and customers, ensuring proper cable connections, operating system installation, and related software.
•Monitor computer systems and network performance, promptly report and resolve issues to ensure efficient operation.
•Respond to user difficulties with computers, providing consultations, training, and technical support to help them use equipment effectively.
•Review user guides, technical manuals, and other documentation, research and implement solutions, and participate in redesigning applications and other software.
•Provide business system, network, and internet support to ensure users can access and use required resources smoothly.
•Perform web server backup and recovery operations to ensure data security and recoverability.
•Deliver high-quality service to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the used equipment and services provided.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
•A college diploma or equivalent education in computer technology, electronics, or a related field.
•2-3 years of experience in hardware installation, maintenance, or technical support, particularly with used electronics.
•Familiarity with computer systems, operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS), and basic networking.
