Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring that the grounds of our clients' properties are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors, contribute to the beautification of various spaces, and be an integral part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform routine groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding lawns and flower beds.
- Maintain lawns by cutting grass.
- Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain landscaped environments.
- Operate and oversee the maintenance of power mowers, tractors, electric clippers, sod cutters, snowblowers, and additional landscape maintenance machinery.
- Clear snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and parking lots using snow blowers, shovels, and other appropriate equipment during winter months.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred.
- Ability to operate and maintain various types of landscaping equipment and tools.
- Ability to work outdoor during extreme weather conditions.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in outdoor environments.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
