Duties
- Establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures; and ensure compliance.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure food service and quality control.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Prepare budget, cost estimates, and submit reports.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Other related duties as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience is required.
- Secondary school education is required.
- Ability to work late evenings, night shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to communicate in English.
