KING’S LODGE, PUB & RESTAURANT Number of position: 3 Job start date: As soon as possible Wage: $17.50/hour, 40 hours/week Terms of employment: Permanent, Full Time Location: 379 Main Street, Grandview, Manitoba R0L 0Y0 Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in cooking Language: English Credential: Food Handling Certificate Specific Skills: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods; Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and cotst, and monitor and order supplies; Inspect kitchens and food service areas; Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment; Clean kitchen and work areas.
