You will play a key role in providing a smooth and welcoming experience for both motel guests and restaurant patrons.
Duties
Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions at the front desk and restaurant, collecting payments for room stays, meals, and other purchases.
- Ensure accurate pricing and efficient use of our point-of-sale system.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
- Assist with guest check-in/check-out procedures at the front desk.
- Offer information about our motel and restaurant to guests.
- Maintain cash register and relevant records.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
- College diploma or equivalent Certification.
- Prior relevant experience of minimum 2 years ideally in restaurant setting.
- Basic knowledge of computer in MS office, Internet access and social media.
