Description
We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Air Duct Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and proper maintenance of ventilation systems in commercial and residential buildings. This position requires thorough knowledge of duct cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and adherence to safety protocols.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of ventilation ducts according to the standards and guidelines provided.
- Inspect ventilation systems for signs of damage, debris buildup, or potential hazards.
- Operate specialized cleaning equipment which includes our high-pressure octopus whip.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including before and after photos, inspection reports, and service logs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or questions regarding the duct cleaning process.
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in ventilation duct cleaning or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of ductwork layout and cleaning techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
