Strategies to Lead Diverse & Inclusive Teams

Specifically designed for supervisors and leaders, this session provides essential tools to assist in leading diverse employees.  Participants will explore ways in which cultural values and perceptions affect the process of managing and overseeing employees; including how to give effective feedback to diverse individuals.

Objectives:

  • Learn to recognize and acknowledge differences among their diverse work teams to create a sense of belonging.
  • Coach and support employees with fairness and inclusivity through effective inclusive conversations.
  • Build cultural bridges among the diverse work team to sustain a climate of fairness and inclusion.
