Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) creates a culture where every individual is acknowledged and supported, regardless of their differing background. It helps us to recognize the value of diverse voices, as well as other individual differences. Ultimately, a diverse and inclusive workplace will lead to better innovation and success, but how does a workplace achieve this?
Objectives:
- Introduce and define what Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are at work in order to fully participate.
- Discuss where the leaders and teams currently are and what the goals are for building and supporting DEI.
- Identify the impacts on everyone when there is a strong organizational culture of inclusion and belonging.
