This year, Manitoba Start was thrilled to be selected to showcase our New Employee Orientation Program at DevLearn – the largest conference geared for training and learning professionals in North America. Our interactive 30-minute elearning program was developed in-house and provides new employees the opportunity to learn about our business and our culture in an engaging manner, replacing instructor-led orientation.

Dayna Hinkel & Judith Hayes were extremely busy demonstrating our program to many attendees and answering questions regarding the development of the program (see photo below).
