• Maintain accurate records of food quantities
• Prepare and present food items to standard
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming supplies
• Manage disposal of kitchen waste
• Assist with washing and preparing vegetables and fruits

  Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid food handler certificate
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Physical stamina for kitchen duties

Experience Level: One Year of Previous Work Experience in a Commercial Cooking Setting Required Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced kitchen environment
• Prolonged standing and heavy lifting
• Strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols
