Description
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods; Plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs; Inspect kitchen and foodservice areas; Maintain food safety and follow food-safety procedures; Stocking and rotate food in fridges and freezers in consideration of shelf dates.
Qualifications
Completion of secondary school, Safe Food Handling Certificate Must have at least one year of most recent, verifiable work experience in a fast-paced restaurant Experience as Continental Cook; Work under pressure; Fast-paced environment
