Description
- Prepare and cook complete meals as ordered by customers
- Cut, slice and debone fishes (salmon, tuna, unagi, etc.)
- Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi
- Manage food preparation activities, including boiling rice and cooking soup
- Inventory of food supplies and other products
- Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and cleaning spaces at the end of the shift.
- Other tasks as assigned
