  • Prepare and cook complete meals as ordered by customers
  • Cut, slice and debone fishes (salmon, tuna, unagi, etc.)
  • Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi
  • Manage food preparation activities, including boiling rice and cooking soup
  • Inventory of food supplies and other products
  • Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and cleaning spaces at the end of the shift.
  • Other tasks as assigned
