Duties
What you’ll do:
- Deliver positive customer experiences by following best practices for customer service and effectively communicating/escalating.
- Replace faulty broadband electronics, coaxial, and fibre optic cables.
- Perform wiring audits and report any opportunities or discrepancies.
- Repair or replace faulty drop cables.
- Perform all work in accordance with quality control guidelines and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Minimum Grade 12 education.
- Electronics/electrical wiring background preferred.
- Ability to obtain Basic First Aid and CPR C certification.
- Ability to hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Must have no fear of heights and be able to carry 75 lbs.
- Ability to travel and willingness to work shifts and time average.
