We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused salesperson to join our team and assist customers in finding the right products with excellent service. Job Title: Automotive Salesperson NOC: 64100 Vacancies: 1 Salary: $15.80 per hour Location: McWilliam Auto, 155 McPhillips Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba Language: English Terms of Employment: Full-time; permanent position Hours: 30-40 hours per week Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred Starting Date: As soon as possible   Shifts: Monday to Friday and might work on weekends and evenings   Workplace Condition:

• Fast-paced environment, requiring multitasking and attention to detail

• Standing and walking for extended periods while assisting customers

• May involve working evenings, weekends, or holidays

Duties

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the vehicle they need by engaging in conversations to understand their needs and preferences;
• Set up test drives and ensure the vehicle is clean before presenting it to the customer;
• Address customer’s questions and provide detailed product information and recommendations.
• Create quotes and estimates for the customer to review, advising them on financial options.
• Provide estimation for trade-in vehicle allowances.
• Schedule and complete the delivery process with clients.
• Follow up with clients and provide after-sales service to maintain long-term relationships.

Qualifications

Skills:

• Class 5 Driver’s license is required for moving vehicles and test driving
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM software and managing customer profiles
• Extensive knowledge of vehicles, including features and financing options
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
