In Manitoba, Professional school personnel includes the classroom teacher, school clinician, school administrator, special education teacher, special education coordinator, school counselor, and vocational teacher. Certification of Professional School Personnel is a provincial responsibility. Therefore the requirements for certification differ from province to province.
