Manitoba Start, in partnership with New Media Manitoba, is hosting PitchLab 3.0, an educational week-long training session for Software Developers who want to learn and practice developing their personalized pitch to introduce themselves to local employers for roles in cutting-edge Interactive Digital Media (IDM) companies in Manitoba.

This 5-day program will focus on how to build targeted resumes, develop and practice elevator pitch, learn about portfolios and how they can be useful in IT industry, learn the nuances of networking and its benefits to land your ideal job, and finally practice interview skills. The program also includes a formal presentation of the “pitch” to a panel of local employers.

If you are a Software Developer, Animator, Game Developer, Virtual Reality Specialist, App Developer, Cloud-based Specialist, Web Developer or program in Unity or Unreal you are strongly encouraged to attend this Information Session to learn more.
