This course is designed for all employees at any level of your organization to provide them with an understanding of the language, terms, and phrases associated with 2SLGBTQ+ identities. An inclusive workplace recognizes and values 2SLGBTQ+ individual contributions and proactively leverages diverse skillsets for organizational growth.

Objectives:

• Review acronyms, terminologies and language used for the community.
• Increase awareness of gender neutral and inclusive communication in the workplace,
• Identify common challenges of 2SLGBTQ+ community at the workplace.
