Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of sales-related personnel to ensure smooth store operations.
- Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to store staff based on daily operational needs.
- Verify and approve orders, receipts, payments, purchases, and deliveries, and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
- Monitor inventory levels and product quality to ensure timely replenishment as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and other routine customer service issues in accordance with store policies.
- Ensure that products are properly displayed, priced, and labelled, and that shelves and display areas are kept clean and organized.
- Regularly report store status to the store manager, including but not limited to sales volume, inventory, employee performance, etc.
- Assist the store manager with recruiting and training sales-related personnel, provide guidance on daily work procedures, and monitor staff performance.
- Assist store staff with routine sales and customer service duties during busy periods or when additional support is needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the store manager.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales is required;
- A college diploma or above is required;
- Ability to think independently, improvise, and deal with problems calmly in emergencies;
- Basic knowledge related to sales, promotion, and management;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Exceptional coordination and organizational abilities.
