Description
As the Project Manager, Construction, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of our construction and installation projects. From initial design and planning to final execution, you will ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects.
- Collaborate with the design, sales, and production teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Procure materials and resources required for projects, ensuring they meet quality and aesthetic standards.
- Oversee and supervise on-site construction and installation activities to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal delays or disruptions.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the highest quality of workmanship and materials.
- Ensure all projects meet or exceed client expectations for finish and design.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in a managerial position is preferred, but not required.
- Understanding of construction processes, timelines, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with competing deadlines.
