Tall Grass Prairie Bread Company at The Forks Market is looking for a full-time FROM SCRATCH BAKER. Our Forks location is open 7 days a week and some weekend and stat holiday work is expected.

• Closing procedures and cleaning are also essential to this position.
• Experience in from-scratch baking is welcome but not a prerequisite. We are willing to train and are looking for a person who is eager to learn a demanding but rewarding skill and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Important qualities are attention to detail, good work habits that combine speed and quality, willingness to learn on an ongoing basis, good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with others.
