Highlights from 2015/16:

• Since October, 2010, Manitoba Start has served 30,174 unique newcomer clients.
• Manitoba Start served 6,866 first-time and returning newcomer clients.
• 4,142 newcomers registered for Career Services.
• 3,282 newcomers gained employment with support from Career Services and Job Matching teams.
• 5,643 coaching sessions to support newcomers in career planning and job searching.
• 277 employment preparation and career information workshops.
• 60 Employer Cafes, Industry Insights, Speed Mentoring Events, and Workplace Tours.
