Duties
JOB DUTIES:
- Use required tools and other equipment to install stucco to the face of a building.
- Install stucco within manufacturer's guidelines.
- Work from heights on scaffolding.
- Ability to build scaffolding as per Workplace Safety and Health Act and Regulation.
- Preparing materials and installing of same.
- Perform all duties in accordance with L&A safe work practices/procedures, and in
- accordance to Workplace Safety and Health Act and Regulation (provincial and federal).
- Ensure company personal protective equipment (PPE) policy is followed.
- Participate in the completion of all required daily/weekly/monthly safety paperwork and
- submitting on Site Docs (hazard assessments, toolbox talks, incident reports, etc.);
- Ability to work from heights and/or on ladders.
- Measuring, cutting, preparing materials for assembly and installing of same.
- Ability to work with various metal flashings.
- Ability to install paper and wire within manufacturer's guidelines.
- Ability to install air barriers, rain screens and insulation as per wall type.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, safety practices/procedures manual.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; geometry skills.
- Carry out any other tasks required by the Supervisor.
