Duties
Your days will include:
- Maintaining and monitoring the plant quality dashboard to track performance and trends
- Conducting compliance audits to ensure adherence to premium quality SOPs
- Leading initiatives to improve conversion rates and product pass rates
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date product specification sheets and quality documentation
- Supporting customer complaint investigations and corrective and preventive actions
- Facilitating new product introductions while ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Collaborating with Sales, Customers, and Operations to support quality improvement initiatives
- Performing additional duties as required
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Grade 12 education; diploma or certificate in Food Science, Agriculture, Meat Processing, or Quality Management preferred
- Knowledge of plant quality management systems and SOP compliance
- Experience conducting audits and supporting corrective action processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards and reporting tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tracking systems
