Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team and oversee the operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of retail operations. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage staff to ensure daily operations run efficiently.
• Create staff schedules and assign duties to maintain optimal coverage during all shifts.
• Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and manage inventory or supply issues while prioritizing excellent service.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory to consistently meet customer needs.
• Compile and analyze sales reports to track performance.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new employees while monitoring their progress and providing feedback.
• Uphold store appearance and branding standards to maintain a clean and professional environment.
• Carry out managerial tasks such as opening/closing the store and handling complex customer service matters.
• Step in to perform cashier or sales duties when necessary to support the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management is a plus.
• Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
• Excellent at organizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
• Capable of addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
• Skilled in cash handling and managing inventory.
• Knowledgeable in payroll administration procedures.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
