We’re seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee day-to-day operations at Lamar Donair & Burgers. As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation, providing an outstanding customer experience, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. - Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver top-notch service and food quality
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, and scheduling
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high standards of service and resolving any customer concerns
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to Lamar Donair & Burgers standards
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control within budget guidelines
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and staff development
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health and safety standards
- Handle cash, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience is preferred
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- A passion for food and hospitality, with a focus on Middle Eastern cuisine being a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
