Duties
Apply plasterer on residential construction sites Mix stucco materials (cement, sand, lime, water) to the correct consistency Prepare surfaces by cleaning, installing wire lath, mesh, or building paper Supply tools, buckets, and materials to skilled workers as needed Apply base coats or scratch coats when directed Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ladders, and safety equipment safely Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from vehicles Protect adjacent areas from splatter using tarps, plastic, or masking Clean job sites, remove debris, and maintain organized work areas Wash and clean tools and equipment after use Perform general labor duties to support efficient stucco application Work at heights and in various weather conditions when required Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE
