- Wage/Salary: Arnold Bros. will pay drivers a minimum income of $47,840 annually subject to a minimum of 40 hours of work per week. The total annual wage is based on mileage and, therefore, drivers have the opportunity to earn yearly wages in excess of $47,840 based on mileage worked under the company established mileage rates. A typical work week consists of 40-60 hours as per hours of service regulations.

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Class 1 driving experience

- Location: All drivers will be based out of our Head Office located at 739 Logimodiere Blvd, Winnipeg, Manitoba R2J 0T8

- Credentials: Driver’s License (Class 1 or A), Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
- Specific Skills: Loading and uploading of goods, Perform brake adjustments, Transport and handle dangerous goods, Perform pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspection, Oversee all aspects of vehicle, Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment, Receipt and relay information to central dispatch, Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy, Ensuring safety and security of cargo
- Documentation Knowledge: Trans-border documentation, Driver logbook, Bill of lading, Trip reports, Accident or incident reports, Dangerous goods occurrence reports, Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip)
- Security and Safety: Valid passport, Bondable, Driving record check (abstract), Drug test, Criminal record check, Basic security clearance, other border documents as required, ie. US visa
- Own Tools/Equipment: steel-toed safety boots, tools
- Transportation: Provincial/territorial, Short-haul, National, Local, Regional. Long-haul, International
- Travel Information: willing to travel internationally, Willing to travel for extended periods, willing to travel internationally, willing to travel overnight, Valid driver’s license
- Communication Systems Experience: Operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment, Trip recorder (on-board computer)
