Description
The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area by washing dishes, cookware, and utensils. This is a full-time, permanent position located at 4 St. Mary's Road, Winnipeg, MB. The successful candidate will work on-site during day, evening, and weekend shifts, supporting kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties

Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glasses, and flatware

Hand-wash pots, pans, and large kitchen utensils

Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and work areas

Remove and dispose of kitchen garbage and recyclables

Handle and store cleaning supplies safely

Assist kitchen staff in basic food preparation and cleaning tasks

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role

Transportation: Own transportation preferred; public transit available
