SHELL (10165947 Manitoba Limited) is hiring one Food Services Manager for its food program at 380 Provencher Blvd, Winnipeg, Manitoba R2H 0H1. This is an additional permanent, full-time, on-site position, 40 hours per week at $32.00 per hour. Start as soon as possible. Language of work: English.
Duties
Evaluate, plan and organize daily food-service operations. Monitor revenues and labour costs, cost products and services, and maintain inventory. Set staff schedules, supervise and train staff, and monitor staff performance. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Address customer complaints and provide customer service.
Qualifications
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and a minimum of two years of relevant food-service work experience (Job Bank category: 2 years to less than 3 years). English is required. Work must be performed on site; no remote work option.
