Description
- Oversight of farm workers (including seeding & harvesting laborers).
- maintaining open communication with staff, customers and fellow colleagues expected
Duties
- Operating and maintaining seeding, spraying and harvesting equipment
Qualifications
- must have a valid driver’s license.
- must have welding experience
- must have at least 4 years’ experience with all farm related equipment repair and maintenance
