Duties
- Perform professional eyebrow threading services.
- Conduct client consultations to determine desired brow shape and style.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive client relationships.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies.
- Promote and educate clients on available beauty services and products.
- Assist with appointment management and client check-in/check-out procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create an outstanding client experience.
- Support daily salon operations as required.
