Duties
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of sewer and water pipeline installation, including bedding, alignment, grade, and jointing.
- Verify that work adheres to contract documents, municipal specifications, and applicable standards.
- Document observations, prepare daily inspection reports, and track corrective actions.
- Collaborate with supervisors, pipelayers, equipment operators, and project managers to resolve quality-related issues in the field.
- Provide proactive oversight to identify and mitigate potential deficiencies before they impact the project.
- Maintain a consistent presence on-site to uphold EF Moon’s commitment to safety and quality.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in sewer and water construction, specifically with pipe installation.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, municipal requirements, and QA/QC practices.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and survey data.
