The successful candidates will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to ensure safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. • Physically demanding, including lifting heavy parts and tools
• Standing, bending, and working in various positions for extended periods
• Exposure to noise, grease, and automotive chemicals
• Adherence to safety protocols in a workshop environment

• On-site parking is available.

Duties

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake servicing, and tire rotations.
• Assist in vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
• Test drive vehicles to ensure repairs are completed successfully.
• Create orders and keep detailed records of vehicles, and communicate findings with team members and customers.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Qualifications

Education:                                                     Completion of a post-secondary education in an Automotive Technician-related training program Experience:                                                    2 years of work experience preferred Required Skills:

• Class 5 Driver’s license is required
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in vehicles
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of automotive repair software and maintenance tracking tools
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and explaining repairs to clients
