SAFE Workers of Tomorrow is a non-profit organization that has been working with various vulnerable sectors of workers in Manitoba since 1997. Our goal is to make tomorrow, and all days to come, safer for all Manitobans.

Every year we deliver our presentations to thousands of new Canadians. We understand that new Canadians are eager to start working as soon as they can. They are however at a higher risk of getting injured on the job, as everything is new to them. We at SWOT talk to them about workplace hazards, the health and safety rights that are given to them by law, and the basic rules and regulations at Manitoba workplaces.
