Manitoba Start is partnering with RBC to offer our clients a unique opportunity to practice their interview skills directly with banking professionals. Please note that only 20-25 individuals will be selected from this pool of candidates to attend the event.

Here’s what you can expect:

• 5-10 RBC representatives will conduct a mock interview with 20-25 clients
• You will practice interview questions to gain the confidence and skills to communicate effectively.
• You will receive constructive feedback on your interview readiness, first impressions, and personal branding.

Up to five participants will be grouped together at five tables, each led by two RBC representatives, to practice interview questions. After a set time, attendees will rotate to a new table to practice with a different set of questions.  This rotation will continue until all participants have engaged with all five tables.  Attendees are encouraged to come prepared to deliver their elevator pitch and ‘STAR’ responses to behavioral questions.  RBC representatives will provide valuable feedback and tips for success.

Please note that this is not a hiring event but rather an in-person Interview Skills Workshop with banking professionals.  This workshop provides an excellent opportunity to refine your interview skills, expand your network, build confidence, and prepare to excel at your next interview in the Banking sector.
