Derie Employer information: Private household Employer address: Winnipeg, MB, R3P 1A4 Work Location: Same as above - Employer's home Type of Employment: Full time – Permanent Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible Job Description Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors Dust furniture Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture Make beds and change sheets Distribute clean towels and toiletries Stock linen closet Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances Pick up debris and empty trash containers Launder clothing and household linens Mend clothing and linens Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties May shop for food and household supplies Wash windows, walls and ceilings
Duties
Requirements: Education: No formal education is required Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience is required. Training will be provided. Work conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, Repetitive tasks Physically demanding, Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Dependability, Flexibility, Organized, Reliability, Values and ethics. Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) Language: Basic English is required Salary: $17.00 hourly. 30 hours per week Important Information: The worker will work 5 hours per day, from Monday to Saturday in two shifts: 2h30m in the morning and 2h30m in the afternoon.
