Duties

Qualifications
- Proven 2 to 3 years of experience in retail or convenience store management is required.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, cash handling, and operational procedures.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
