Morden Motor Inn is a Motel, restaurant and bar, which is located in Morden, MB. We are located on Highway#3 West with Dining facility. We also have bar and Grill. We are looking for a candidate which will play a key role in contributing to our satisfaction and acquisition goals of growth. Responsibilities: • Establish methods to meet work schedules • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards • Prepare budget and cost estimates • Address customers' complaints or concerns • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage • Prepare and submit reports • Prepare food order summaries for chef • Establish work schedules Work conditions and physical capabilities: • Fast-paced environment • Work under pressure • Tight deadlines • Standing for extended periods • Walking • Attention to detail Start Date: As soon as possible Language: English Minimum Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience Positions Available: 1 NOC Group: Food service supervisor (62020) NOC Job Title: Food service supervisor Job Type: Full-time/ Permanent Salary: $17.00 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week Schedule: 8-hour shift Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday On call Weekend availability Work Location: In person Experience: Experience is an asset but willing to train to right person.
