Sushi One is seeking a reliable, experienced Line Cook to join our team in Winnipeg.
We are seeking someone who takes pride in food quality, works well in a fast-paced kitchen, and consistently prepares dishes to a high standard.
This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position.
Duties

Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes

Prepare meals for customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions

Maintain food quality and presentation standards

Inspect kitchen and food preparation areas

Clean kitchen and work areas

Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications

Secondary (high school) graduation certificate

1 to less than 2 years of cooking experience

Experience in Asian cuisine

Valid Safe Food Handling Certificate

Dependable, organized, and reliable

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads
