Mander Interiors Inc. is currently hiring experienced Construction Workers to join our residential renovation team in Winnipeg. We have three full-time, permanent positions available. Work is performed on-site at various residential construction locations.   Work Environment

• Repetitive tasks

Duties

What You’ll Be Doing You will assist with a variety of residential construction tasks, including:

• Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
• Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
• Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
• Cleaning and organizing salvaged materials
• Cleaning up job sites, including chemical spills and debris

This is hands-on physical work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate
• 3 to less than 5 years of construction experience (residential preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Own transportation
• Steel-toed safety boots
• Reliable, accurate, hardworking, and able to work well in a team
