Duties
Perform advanced laser treatments including laser hair removal, IPL, and skin rejuvenation • Administer RF microneedling and other corrective skin treatments • Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans • Educate clients on treatment options, expectations, contraindications, and pre/post-care • Maintain detailed and accurate client records, consent forms, and treatment notes • Ensure strict adherence to laser safety protocols and infection control standards • Prepare treatment rooms and properly maintain equipment • Monitor client progress and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments • Promote and educate clients on medical-grade skincare products • Support client retention through exceptional service and follow-up care • Participate in ongoing training and professional development • Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
Qualifications
Certified Esthetician diploma from an accredited institution • Valid certification to practice in Manitoba • Laser Technician Certification (medical-grade laser training required) • Documented training in IPL and laser hair removal • Current CPR & First Aid certification • WHMIS certification (or willingness to obtain) • Minimum 1–2 years experience performing laser and advanced skin treatments • Strong knowledge of skin physiology, contraindications, and laser safety protocols • Experience conducting professional skin consultations and treatment planning • Professional appearance and excellent client communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Commitment to ongoing education and advanced training
