Employer: 7540141 Manitoba Ltd. o/a Stayeasy Inn Position: Housekeeping Manager Position Available: 1 Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time Work location: 241 Hwy 5 East, Roblin, MB R0L 1P0 Work Settings: Motel Salary & Benefit: $18.05/hr based on 30-36 hr/wk with 4% paid vacation Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, or 40hrs/wk Language: English Education: Completion of secondary school Experience: 1 ~2 years of relevant work experience Job duties: - Establish and implement operational procedures for the housekeeping department - Plan and co-ordinate the activities of housekeeping staffs - Inspect assigned areas to ensure the work meet motel policies and standards - Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery - Maintain inventory and select and purchase equipment - Maintain documentational prepare reports for management information and annual housekeeping budget - Monitoring the quality of employee performance and participate in the evaluation, coaching and discipline of employees, when necessary - Prepare work schedules of the housekeeping team effectively, in relation to motel occupancy - Train and manage a motivated and housekeeping staffs - May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
