we are looking for 2 cleaners that are able to work full time and are reliable, need to have a phone and a car.
Duties
Perform high-quality cleaning of residential and commercial properties. Complete routine tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, and high-touch surfaces. Ensure all units are guest-ready by restocking supplies, changing linens, and organizing spaces. Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to management. Follow company cleaning checklists and standards to ensure consistency. Maintain equipment, use cleaning products safely, and follow health guidelines. Communicate clearly with supervisors and attend short weekly meetings. Track performance through KPIs and support company growth goals.
Qualifications
Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces, restock supplies, change linens, and prepare units for guests, follow cleaning checklists and company standards, report damages or maintenance issues, work independently and stay on schedule.
Cleaning experience is an asset (not required) Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Must have a smartphone Legally eligible to work in Canada, Vehicle is a requirement.
