This course will prepare you and your workplace to celebrate & acknowledge International Women’s Day (IWD) in March. Objectives: will include defining what gender equality means in Canada, in the workplace and for you, and exploring common examples of gender bias at work and what we can do to overcome them to build an even more gender-inclusive work environment.
