Capital K Distillery is a family-owned craft distillery located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Established in 2015, we proudly offer exceptional handcrafted spirits using the best locally grown grains. We are expanding our business and developing a retail store and testing room for our manufactured products. Duties

– Plan and assess the establishment of new stores. – Plan, direct and evaluate the store operations. – Address staffing requirements, including hiring, training, development, and staff retention. – Manage staff and assign duties – Conduct market research and trends to determine consumer preference, potential sales volumes, and competitor’s impact. – Determine strategies for promotion, store membership, and credit policies. – Develop and implement marketing strategies. – Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues. – Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues. – Oversee payroll administration – Conduct performance reviews

Qualifications

Experience Required: - Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar role. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Multilingual abilities preferred. - Proficient in handling financial transactions. - Knowledge of interviewing techniques for hiring new employees.
