Duties

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and take their orders
  2. Take payments at the counter for food purchased
  3. Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
  4. Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
  5. Use equipment to prepare ice cream dishes, milkshakes and other beverages on the menu
  6. Serve customers at the counter
  7. Package take-out food
  8. Keep records of the quantities of food used
  9. Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards other storage areas
  10. Clean and sanitize kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
