Description
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods; Plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs; Inspect kitchen and foodservice areas; Maintain food safety and follow food-safe procedures; Stocking and rotate food in fridges and freezers in consideration of shelf dates.
Qualifications
Experience as Continental Cook; Work under pressure; Fast-paced environment.
Completion of secondary school. Trade Certificate in food production/hospitality.
Must have at least two years of most recent, verifiable work experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
